Pastor Anthony DeVere Burns
Pastor Anthony DeVere Burns accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior, Easter Sunday, 1979. He has attended various colleges, receiving a certificate of completion in 1989 from New Tribes Bible College in Waukesha, WI. In addition to his honorary Doctorate Degree in Divinity from Grace Theological Institute, Pastor Burns has taught in several conventions and has served as a counselor. As the Founder of A.D. Burns Ministries, Pastor has broadcasted on local television station, several local radio stations and served as a United We Build fundraising consultant.
In 1988, he traveled to West Africa with students and staff of New Tribes Bible College where they constructed homes and built a school. West Africa is where he heard from God and was given the concept of ‘The Church Without Walls’.
Pastor Burns began serving as the Senior Pastor Jericho Church Without Walls in December 1993. Pastor & Lady Burns were inducted into the Association of Independent Ministries (A.I.M.) under the leadership of Apostle I.V. & Pastor Bridget Hilliard on October 21, 2004.
In April 2011, Jericho Church Without Walls began renovation on a former car dealership which sits on eight acres of land and moving in March 2012.
As of January 2018, Dr. Burns began serving as the Minnesota/Wisconsin National African American Fellowship State President (NAAF).
In 2020, Dr. Burns completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology & Biblical Studies at Life Christian University Milwaukee Campus and became a teaching professor.
In August 2020, Dr. Burns was certified as a Life Coach by Life Christian University Milwaukee Campus.
Dr. Burns is the author of several books and currently working on completing his Master’s Degree at Life Christian University Milwaukee Campus.
Dr. Burns says his greatest accomplishment is marrying Lady Robin, his incredible wife of 31 years, who has been an educator for the Milwaukee Public School System for over 25 years.
Together they are the “dynamic duo” that God is using as an example of Godly leadership and marriage in the Body of Christ. Together they authored the highly anticipated book, With this Ring which is a manual for marriages and relationships. Together they have two amazingly, gifted sons, Leon and Lemar Burns, who are both very active in ministry. They are also the proud grandparents of two beautiful granddaughters, Gabriella Grace Burns and Aleela Lee Burns.

Lady Robin L. Burns
First Lady Robin L. Burns, affectionately known as Lady Burns, is an educator, talk show host, author, and anointed teacher and preacher. She previously taught in the Milwaukee Public School System for 15 years yet continues to educate children as well as adults. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
Lady Burns has instructed and facilitated at various conventions, workshops, and conferences. She is best known for overseeing one of the most dynamic women’s fellowships and conferences in the Body of Christ.
In 2008, Lady Burns launched the 30-minute talk show, “Now Ya Talkin.” “Now Ya Talkin” exists specifically to bridge the gap between the church and the community, and to give Christians keys to successful living by providing information, education, knowledge, and entertainment. In 2009, she launched the Now Ya Talkin mentoring series on CD and in 2010, the “Now Ya Talkin Magazine” was released.
Her love for children prompted her to write a book entitled, “It’s All About the Children.” She also co-authored, the highly anticipated “With this Ring” a must-have manual for marriage, with her husband and pastor, Dr. Anthony D. Burns.
She partners with her husband, Dr. Anthony D. Burns, in ministry as he leads a flock of over 400 members at Jericho Church Without Walls in Milwaukee where she oversees the Women of Excellence Ministry and serves as Church Administrator.
